Le niveau d’alerte du Bezymianny vient d’être élevé au Rouge. Un épisode prolongé de tremor volcanique a été enregistré le 2 mars. Il correspondait probablement à une extrusion de blocs de lave au niveau du dôme. Selon le KVERT, il existe la forte probabilité d’une violente éruption explosive à court terme. Les images satellites montrent que l’anomalie thermique au sommet du Bezymianny a pris de l’ampleur, avec une température de 53,4°C.

The alert level of Bezymianny has just been raised to RED. A long episode of volcanic tremor was registered on March 2nd, probably due to an extrusion of lava blocks at the top of the dome, with the possibility of a strong explosive eruption of the volcano. According to satellite data, the size and brightness of a thermal anomaly abruptly increased on March 2nd with a temperature of 53.4°C.
