Aujourd’hui, parmi les informations du jour, j’ai remarqué un rapport qui fait état d’une éruption en Azerbaïdjan. Selon la presse locale (l’information doit être vérifiée) le volcan de boue Akhtarma-Pashali dans le district de Hajigabul aurait connu une éruption à 03h00 le 26 janvier. L’événement a duré jusqu’au matin. Le volcan est situé à 35 km de la ville de Chirvan.
L’Akhtarma-Pashali fait partie d’un complexe de volcans de boue. Sa dernière éruption majeure a eu lieu le 1er avril 2013. La photo qui accompagne les articles de presse montre des flammes au sommet d’une colline. Ce ne serait pas exceptionnel.

A noter que dans le même temps les retombées de cendre en provenance du Popocatepetl (Mexique) ont entraîné pendant 3 heures la fermeture de l’aéroport de Puebla, le temps de nettoyer les pistes. Le phénomène n’a rien d’exceptionnel, là non plus.

Meantime, ashfall from Popocatepetl (Mexico) caused a 3-hour closure of the airport in Puebla, so that ash could be removed from the runways. This phenomenon is not exceptional either.
