Selon le site web de Roberto Carniel et Marco Fulle “Stromboli-online”, le volcan est bien actif en ce moment. Le 5 novembre, on pouvait observer cinq bouches au fond de la terrasse cratérique. Une bouche dans le cratère SO émettait des fontaines de lave pouvant durer plus d’une minute et du ‘spattering’ se produisait dans deux bouches du cratère central. Ces dernières étaient actives toutes les 5-10 minutes – une heure. On peut voir plusieurs photos de cette activité sur le site en cliquant sur le lien ci-dessous.
According to Roberto Carniel and Marco Fulle’s website “Stromboli-online”, the volcano is quite active at the moment. On November 5th five active vents were visible at the bottom of the crater terrace. Lava fountains from a vent in the SW crater were sustained for over one minute and spattering was observed from two vents in the central crater.
